The name Little Green Leaf Salad Workshop leaves little doubt about the concept — but this is no bland, rabbit-food veggie spot. While vegetarians and vegans will find plenty to enjoy, meat eaters, too, can revel in the pleasures on offer. The line-up of salad ingredients kindles interest: think sous-vide chicken, bacon, egg, falafel, gorgonzola, curd cheese with dill, bulgur and roasted sweet potato.The fruity mixes are particularly bold — the Maui salad, for instance, pairs chicken with spring onions, strawberries, orange, walnuts, feta and a honey-lime vinaigrette. Add soups, light mains and cold-pressed juices, and the menu is complete.
