Three friends from Milan—Alessandro, Jacopo, and Matteo—may have called Hungary home for over 15 years, but their fixation for fresh pasta has never left them. 2 Spaghi is built on a simple notion: both the pasta and sauces should be fresh and homemade. That’s why they prefer to call their small pasta bar a workshop. Stepping in from the passageway, guests are greeted by a glass counter displaying the day’s selection of pasta, also available for takeaway. They craft their pasta exclusively from Italian-milled durum wheat semolina, giving it its signature golden hue and slightly grainy texture. A real tiramisù or Sicilian cannolo are fitting finales to the authentic experience.
