Karám Gourmet Burger Baja

Down by the Sugovica River in Baja, there is a burger joint on Halászpart that seriously outshines your average street food spot. Do not let the word ‘gourmet’ in the name fool you, Karámburger actually started out of a tiny food truck built inside an old horse trailer. Word of their top-notch junk food spread fast, and now it is a bit of a pilgrimage site. They use Angus beef and proper sourdough buns, and the menu sticks to just 8 burgers and wraps, each one dialed in to perfection. Even their simple Classic burger sticks in your memory, not to mention their two hits: the House Burger with homemade sauce, and the one stuffed with a whole hefty camembert, bacon, and blueberry jam sauce.
