He’s been a long-time ally of Gianni Annoni, going back well before the days of Trattoria Pomo d’Oro. Gianni has gradually brought his vision of “Via Italia” to life – transforming a stretch of Arany János Street into a love letter to Italy. It was clear he’d one day add a standalone pizzabar. Pinsa romana, padellino, and traditional pizza baked in a wood-fired oven all grace the menu. The padellino, a Turin specialty, is a deep-dish pan pizza found nowhere else in Hungary.
