After countless hours spent working in the hospitality industry, two passionate professionals decided it was time to be their own bosses. Balázs Kapitány and Tamás Turgyán, renowned from their time at Kert Bisztró, remained in Zugló and breathed life into Vinozza. The strength of the place lies in its focus: they craft excellent Neapolitan-style pizza, accompanied by just a few hot and cold side dishes and two desserts. And that’s it! Their confident kitchen is complemented by an unexpectedly exciting selection of wines and champagnes. They source from innovative small wineries, dedicate a special section to József Szentesi, and even venture as far as Austria and New Zealand.
